Assistance Program
At Greenleaf Natural Health, we strive to make our products as affordable as possible. To that end, we offer a 30% discount to veterans and individuals who qualifyy for long-term disability program. If you believe you may qualify for either of these discounts, check our requirements for verification below. Please follow the instructions on this page on how to apply. We also accept physical copies mailed to our office at 2677 NW 10th Street Suite #1B, Ocala, FL 34475. Please redact or make unreadable any sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers. We ask that those who qualify for these programs only use their discount for themselves. Discounts cannot be used with other coupon codes.
Long-term Disability
Those who are long-term medically disabled must provide either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability to receive 30% off full-price retail orders.
Veterans
All US military veterans must provide a scanned photo of their DD214, military ID or VA card to receive 30% off full-price retail orders. This discount only applies to veterans (“a person who served in the active military, naval or air service and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable”). We cannot offer discounts for family members of veterans.
Discount Application
Send us a photo of your DD214, military ID, or VA card to GLNHinfo@gmail.com. Upon receipt, a Greenleaf Natural Health customer service representative will begin the process and contact you when it is completed.
