No.  Hemp plants contain less than .3% THC. THC is what gives you the feeling of being “high.” Since hemp plants only contain trace amounts of THC, you cannot get high from it

Since we use hemp-based CBD for our products, and hemp contains no traces of THC, there is very little chance that taking CBD will show up on a drug test.

In the U.S., CBD derived from industrial hemp is considered a dietary supplement and is legal to purchase and ship to all 50 states.  All of our American industrial hemp CBD plants are grown in full compliance under  section 7606 of the U.S. Farm Bill. There are a few jurisdictions and counties throughout the US that do not allow “hemp oil” and the legalities are grey in those places but that accounts for a VERY small percentage (<1%) of counties in the US.   We always suggest you talk with your local government about the legalities of “hemp oil” where you live prior to ordering just to be safe. We have not run into any issues with our products in any state, county or city thus far.

Because our CBD hemp oil products are categorized as dietary supplements in the U.S., we comply with the FDA’s DSHEA guidelines.   While we can not make any claims as to what CBD oil can and can not help with there are a lot of resources out there that can help explain things further.  We strongly suggest that you talk to your doctor to see if CBD supplements are right for you.

This is a difficult question to answer because our customers find differences in their personally optimal serving size. We suggest you start low and ease your way up to a larger serving if desired until you find the daily CBD levels that work best for you. This will depend on your own personal preference, desired CBD quantities, and preferred means of application. Typically, CBD products fall under one of two categories: topicals, which are applied externally, or dietary supplements, which are taken internally.

Oral Consumption is great for long-term relief. The effects take 30-90 minutes to be felt, but they will carry most people though out the whole day.
