All of our American industrial hemp CBD plants are grown in full compliance under section 7606 of the U.S. Farm Bill. There are a few jurisdictions and counties throughout the US that do not allow “hemp oil” and the legalities are grey in those places but that accounts for a VERY small percentage (<1%) of counties in the US. We always suggest you talk with your local government about the legalities of “hemp oil” where you live prior to ordering just to be safe. We have not run into any issues with our products in any state, county or city thus far.
