Assistance Programs
At Greenleaf Natural Health, we strive to make our products as affordable as possible. We offer multiple 30-40% off assistance programs to veterans, individuals with on long-term disability, and now we offer the same discount to those who are low income. If you believe you qualify for either of these categories’ discounts, check our requirements for verification below. Please follow the instructions on this page on how to apply. Please redact or make unreadable any sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers. We ask that those who qualify for these programs only use their discount for themselves. Discounts cannot be used with other coupon codes.
Long-term Disability
Those who are long-term medically disabled must provide either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability to receive 30% off full-price retail orders.
Veterans
All US military veterans must provide a scan or photo of their DD214, military ID, or VA card to receive 40% off full-price retail orders. This discount only applies to veterans (“a person who served in the active military, naval, or air service and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable”). We cannot offer discounts for family members of veterans.
Low income
Any American citizen with low income can apply for our assistance program as well. To apply for low income assistance, please send us a copy of your tax return for the previous year. To qualify your yearly taxes must state that your income is below the federal poverty level. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify please check here. Other forms of proof of income can be accepted on a case by case bases.
