We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If this is not the case, please let us know by emailing: GLNinfo@gmail.com with your name and order number and a Greenleaf Natural Health associate will contact you within 24 hours to resolve any issues.
We do not accept returns based on taste however, if your item(s) was damaged or defective upon arrival, we will happily replace the product or give you an online store credit for future purchases.
We cannot guarantee a refund if your product was purchased in excess of 15 days or has been opened however, we will replace any unopened damaged or unopened defective product that you receive from us within 15 days of purchase. If you receive a replacement, we will pay for the cost of return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will receive tracking information via email after submitting your order.
If your product was purchased through a Greenleaf Natural Health distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
